Lead Like a Lady - Leadership Breakfast for Female Entrepreneurs



Enjoy breakfast with other female entrepreneurs while you learn leadership and personal development strategies from executive coach and leadership consultant Dr. Virginia Wells. Gain insight into the key advice and tips she provides to help entrepreneurs expand their leadership capacity and drive their business to the next level of success.

During this breakfast, you will explore five key areas involving communication, creative-thinking and other skills to acheive desired results.
Dr. Wells will help you:

  1. Identify your unique strengths, so you can confidently use them to your advantage.
  2. Learn easy negotiation skills to tactfully get what you want.
  3. Build your assertive communication skills arsenal, which leads to leadership success.
  4. Practice handling confrontation, conflict and other uncomfortable situations in an easy four-step process.
  5. Learn the top 10 professional essentials that earn respect.
About the speaker
Dr. Virginia T. Wells, president of Dr. Wells Leadership Consulting LLC, helps businesses activate brilliance within their organizations. She focuses on coaching and training business owners on leadership and leveraging their strengths to help them achieve their goals. Combining her business experience and academic research of successful business practices, she creates customized, result-oriented solutions for clients.
In 2018, the U.S. Marines engaged Dr. Wells to work at the Pentagon and Quantico. She has also trained managers of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service at their international headquarters in Dallas and several U.S. and Japan bases. Other top clients include Oracle, KPMG, Howard Hughes Corp. and Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Wells served as the 2014-2015 Dallas Chapter President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, an organization dedicated to propelling women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide. Her passion for working with women is fueled by her dissertation, “Latinas in Pursuit of the Top Office.”
The LiftFund Dallas/Fort Worth Women’s Business Center is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
