Combining her business experience and academic research of successful business practices\, she creates customized\, result-oriented solutions for clients.\n\nIn 2018\, the U.S. Marines engaged Dr. Wells to work at the Pentagon and Quantico. She has also trained managers of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service at their international headquarters in Dallas and several U.S. and Japan bases. Other top clients include Oracle\, KPMG\, Howard Hughes Corp. and Johns Hopkins University.\n\nDr. Wells served as the 2014-2015 Dallas Chapter President of the National Association of Women Business Owners\, an organization dedicated to propelling women entrepreneurs into economic\, social and political spheres of power worldwide.
