Miss Irving Texas Latina Pageant will take place to select the next Miss Irving Texas Latina and Miss Teen Texas Latina. The contestants go through a process of training to mold the girls to be more than models, but to be Role Models of their community. Its a family oriented event and only few tickets will be available to the public.
