Irving Independent School District - Family Day Beautification Project

From Thomas Haley Elementary:

We have created a committee of teachers and staff at Thomas Haley Elementary to choose projects for March 30th. We have come up with a weather station for morning announcements, sprucing up our garden area, adding decor in our conference room, creating bulletin boards in our teacher's lounge and hallways, adding inspirational quotes in our student's restrooms.

IISD is going all out on this event and it is sponsored by Nissan and Parent Step Ahead. Schools are allowed to get other sponsors as long as it's not a car dealership. We are expected to have at least 200 volunteers at this event per school.

If you are interested in being our sponsor we ask that you provide a banner that we can put in Travis Middle school (this is where we will start and finish the beautification day) and one for the outside of our school. We want everyone to see who is helping us make this day possible. We are currently looking for giveaways for our students and volunteers to get more participation. (bikes, gift cards, tablets, outside toys)
